Our team of specialists has the experience, knowledge and compassion to care for patients using an innovative approach developed at our concussion center. Since 2004, we have successfully treated thousands of children and young adults throughout Connecticut and New York State.
We believe communication between the patient and the physician is key, from diagnosis to full recovery with return to school, sports and normal activities. Once a concussion is diagnosed, we then help facilitate any needed specific modifications at school, work and at home that will allow patients to recover.
Every concussion is different with its own combination of symptoms that determines recovery time. There is no “one size fits all” band-aid in concussion care. What are the signs and symptoms of a concussion? Dr. Mike Lee explains the signs and symptoms of a concussion.
